Meet Terry

For almost two decades, Terry McMahan has served the entire Greater Puget Sound area, specifically Seattle real estate. A six-year International President’s Elite member (top 2% of all sales associates world-wide), Terry is an ambitious, hard-working, and knowledgeable marketing professional renowned among his clients and colleagues. 

It is a credit to Terry’s dedicated work ethic and client-centered focus that he frequently retains business from repeat clients and referrals. As a singer, Terry is passionate about the arts. He previously sang with Seattle’s Men Chorus and loves attending concerts, art museums, and film. Terry is also an avid sports fan and can be found most often supporting the Seattle Storm, Seahawks, Sounders and Kraken.  Whenever he can, Terry volunteers at local organizations throughout the area.

Terry is a family man with strong values, which is why he loves real estate so much. He is married to his husband of 25 years, and they often spend time traveling, hanging out with friends, or going out on the boat.
